So, how does virtual life coaching work? After your initial free consultation, and you decide that you would like to try virtual life coaching, I will send you the link for your first one-hour session. Once online, Time is spent with a quick check-in on how you are doing. Any important matters will be discussed, and you will decide what you want to focus on during your session.
Virtual life coaching can work very well if you have the following set up:
1. A computer or even a phone where you can access the internet.
2. A safe and quiet space where you won't be interrupted or overheard.
3. A journal to keep all your notes in one place and track your progress.
4. If doing art focused life coaching, we can work with the supplies that you already have at home. A journal is recommended, even something like a composition book will work. You will need some useful supplies like pencils, pens, pencil crayons, crayons or markers. Of course, if you have other art supplies that you like to work with then please use those!
5. A cup of tea, coffee or a glass of water.
The upside of working virtually is that you can access the session wherever you happen to be; you don't have to struggle to drive around and look for parking; and you can use your own familiar supplies in the comfort of your own home!
I recommend that you email me if you would like to explore the possibilities of working in this way. There is no obligation to book a session if you feel that virtual life coaching is not for you. My email is dorothy.mackintosh@protonmail.com.
